Job Description:
- Ashoka Buildcon Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Claims & Contracts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have above 25 years experience in handling claims, arbitration, and dispute resolution in highway and railway infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage to submit claims, and disputes in highways/railways projects and ensure timely closer with client.
- Identify Contractual risk and provide strategic solutions to mitigate disputes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and legal teams to ensure compliance with Contractual obligations.
- Draft, analysis contract terms and conditions and submit Claims.
- Handle arbitration, litigation, and settlement processes related to claims.
- Ensure adherence to EPC, Item Rates and BOT contract models.
- Maintain updated knowledge of contractual laws, regulations and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Above 25 years of experience in claims, contracts and dispute resolution in the highway/railway sector.
- Strong understanding of EPC, Item Rate, BOT, HAM and PPP projects.
- Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and arbitration.
- Proficiency in legal aspects related to Infrastructure contracts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Law / Contracts Management (preferred).
