1. QS Manager (Quantity Surveyor)
Qualification
- Essential: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: M.Tech (Civil) / PGDM (NICMAR)
Experience Require
- 20 to 15 Years
- Experience in Underground Tunnel / TBM Projects (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates)
- Price Adjustment / Escalation Billing
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Rate Analysis of Various components
- Material & IPC Reconciliation Statements
- Rate Negotiations
- Preparation of BOQs and Work Orders
- Drafting official correspondence
- Monthly Deviation Statements
Desired Skills
- Primavera P6
- MS Excel (Progress Reports, Billing, Earthwork Calculations)
- Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Costing
