- Department: Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 5 to 12 years
- Essential Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Desirable Qualification: M.Tech (Const Mgmt) / PGDM-NICMAR
- Locations: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Baseline Programme, Project Scheduling, Planning, Resource Allocation, Cash Flow Protection, Mitigation Plan, Rolling Programee, Time Cycle Tracking, S curve, Tracking Milestones, Critical Path, Method Statements, MIS
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Software Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Experience in Comparison of actual progress vs budgeted progress with the help of S-curve.
- Method statement and construction sequence for major activities for the construction of Elevated Metro / UG Metro/ Bridge / Elevated Road Projects.
