- Criteria: Candidates with relevant experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and villa projects, preferably from well-established organizations
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

1. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – MIVAN Structure
- Experience: 12-14 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Delegating work and managing workforce arrangements
- Aluminium formwork systems
- Drawing interpretation, installation and execution
- Material scheduling and concreting coordination
- Quality control and safety management
2. Senior Engineer / Engineer – MIVAN Structure
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Workforce arrangement and material knowledge
- Aluminium formwork systems
- Drawing interpretation and execution
- Concreting coordination
- Quality control and safety management
3. Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer – MIVAN Structure
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Drawing understanding and interpretation
- Knowledge of footings, slabs, beams, columns and shear wall works
- Formwork inspection (conventional and MIVAN)
4. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Finishing’s
- Experience: 12-14 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Workforce management and delegation
- Internal and external painting works
- Flooring works and door installation
- Waterproofing coordination
- Quality control, snagging and MEP coordination
- Handing over of flats and safety management
5. Senior Engineer / Engineer – Finishing’s
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Workforce arrangement and material knowledge
- Flooring works and door and window installation
- Waterproofing coordination
- Quality control and snagging
- MEP coordination and safety management
6. Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer – Finishing’s
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Expertise:
- Drawing knowledge and material understanding
- Wall and ceiling finishes
- Flooring works, door and window installation
- Quality control and snagging
7. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Structures)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Expertise:
- Supervision of raft, footing, slab, beam, column and shear wall works
- Reinforcement checking as per drawings and BBS
- Formwork inspection (conventional / system formwork like MIVAN)
- Concrete pouring supervision and quality checks
8. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Finishings)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Expertise:
- Wall and ceiling finishes
- Flooring works
- Door and window installation
- Waterproofing coordination
- Quality control, snagging and MEP coordination
9. Foreman – Steel (MIVAN)
- Experience: 2-10 years
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Expertise:
- Steel quantity and BBS
- Drawing and technical interpretation
- Structural steel work
10. Foreman – Shuttering (MIVAN)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Expertise:
- Aluminium formwork system
- Drawing interpretation
- Installation and execution skills
- Concreting coordination
- Quality control and safety management
11. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – Safety
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Expertise:
- Construction safety management
- Hazard identification and risk assessment
- Safety compliance with regulations
- Site monitoring and enforcement
- Documentation and reporting
