1. Construction Manager – 1 Position
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: 15 years in Project Management for residential/commercial/institutional buildings, roads & infrastructure
2. Planning Manager – 1 Position
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: 10–12 years in project control and construction of major building & infrastructure works
3. Design Review Manager – Civil – 2 Positions
- Qualification: BE Civil + Master’s (Preferably Structural Engineering)
Experience: 15 years in designing residential / commercial / institutional buildings
4. Architect – 1 Position
- Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
- Experience: 10 years in architecture design for large building projects
5. Contracts Manager – 1 Position
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law
- Master’s or Management degree preferred
- Experience: 10 years in contract management for construction projects
6. Quantity Surveyor – 2 Positions
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 10 years in QS for residential/commercial/institutional buildings
7. Site Engineer – Civil – 5 Positions
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Structural Engineering
- Experience: 3 years in site execution of commercial/residential buildings
8. Site Engineer – Electrical – 3 Positions
- Qualification: B.Tech Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 3 years in site execution of commercial/residential buildings
9. Site Engineer – Mechanical – 3 Positions
- Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3 years in execution of commercial/residential projects
10. Technician – Lab – 2 Positions
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction quality control & testing
