Available Positions:

1. Engineer/Senior Engineer – BESS

Position: 02
Location: Banaskantha (Gujarat) & Dholera (Gujarat)
Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical
Experience: 3-7 years in execution of electrical/BESS/solar energy projects.

Role Overview:

Responsible for on-ground execution of BESS Projects at site.
Supervise erection, installation, testing & commissioning of battery Systems and associated electrical works.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and Internal teams for smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Knowledge of energy storage technologies, LT/HT systems, SCADA is preferred.

2. Manager – BESS

Location: Banaskantha (Gujarat) & Dholera (Gujarat)
Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical
Experience: 8-12 years in energy/solar/BESS project execution & Coordination.

Role Overview:

Lead project planning and execution of BESS vertical.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client communication.
Ensure timely project delivery, cost control & technical compliance.
In-depth understanding of battery storage systems, hybrid solar integration and control systems is essential.

3. O&M Head – (AGM/DGM)

Location: Jodhpur
Experience: 10+ years in large-scale solar EPC projects.

Role Overview:

Lead project execution and operations across multiple solar sites in the region.
Ensure timely delivery, quality, safety and budget control.
Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills required.

4. O&M Head (GM/CGM)

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Experience: 12+ years in Operations & Maintenance of Solar Power Plants.

Role Overview:.

Oversee performance and maintenance of solar assest PAN India
Ensure maximum uptime and plant efficiency.
Implement preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
Manage O&M teams, vendors & performance analytics.

5. Billing & Collection Engineers

Position: 04 No’s
Location: Jodhpur & Bikaner
Experience: 2-5 years I Project billing and client coordination (Solar preferred)

Role Overview:

Prepare RA Bills, track invoices and manage documentation.
Follow up with clients for collection & certification.
Coordinate with site and HO for timely submission.

6. Billing & Collection Head – (Manager)

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Experience: 6-10 years in billing, invoicing & clinte collection (Solar sector)

Role Overview:

Lead billing operations and collection strategies for the solar vertical from HO, should be well-versed with contractual billing.
Manage client accounts, reconciliation & MIS , coordinate with project and finance teams for cash flow alignment.
