Open Positions & Requirements
1️⃣ Landscape Architect
- Master’s (10 years) or Bachelor’s (15 years)
- Landscape / architecture project experience
- Experience in landscape design, bid documentation, and construction supervision with multidisciplinary coordination
2️⃣ Support Architect (Conservation & Restoration)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture
- Minimum 5+ years experience in heritage or restoration projects
- Assist in architectural designs and drawings
- Assist PIU / PMU in bidding and tender documents
- Assist in preparing drawings from concept to detailed stages as per approved standards
3️⃣ Support Architect
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 2 to 5 years experience in Urban Infrastructure Industry
- Field data collection, analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Coordination with team leaders and experts for project execution
4️⃣ Structural Design Engineer
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years experience in construction industry
- Lead and mentor structural design team for complex infrastructure projects
- Provide consultancy from DPRs to project management
- Perform structural analysis and design for steep, seismic, and hard-to-access terrains
5️⃣ Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in DPR preparation and project management
- Assist in bid specifications, bid evaluation, review of contractor proposals
- Review equipment designs, drawings, QAPs, and vendor selection
6️⃣ Support Engineer
- Graduate / Diploma Engineer
- 2 to 3 years experience in urban infrastructure projects
- Assist in technical tasks, field data collection, and reporting
- Monitor project performance and ensure quality & compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support site inspection
7️⃣ Junior Engineer
- Graduate or Diploma Engineer
- 1 to 2 years experience in urban infrastructure projects
- Assist in technical tasks, field data collection, and project documentation
