Location: Mumbai
1️⃣ Architect Planner
- Qualification: M. Planning / Architecture
- Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to Urban Development / Infrastructure
- Master Planning and Area Based Planning including Industrial, Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Mixed and Precinct Development
- Tourism Development and Buildings projects
- Lead meetings and presentations
- Obtain approvals on reports, maps and drawings from clients
2️⃣ Highway Designer
- Qualification: M.Tech – Transportation / Civil
- Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design road and highway projects including geometric and pavement design
- Conduct traffic studies, road safety audits and transportation planning
- Prepare and review design drawings, technical reports, cost estimates and feasibility studies
- Use tools such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD
3️⃣ Structural Designer (Building)
- Qualification: M.Tech – Structural Engineering
- Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor structural design team
- Handle detailed engineering and structural analysis
- Design RCC and steel structures
- Deliver DPR preparation, GADs, design engineering and approvals
- Coordinate with clients and authorities
- Manage data collection, reporting and presentations
4️⃣ Structural Designer (Bridges)
- Qualification: M.Tech – Structural Engineering
- Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor structural design team
- Handle detailed engineering and structural analysis
- Design RCC and steel structures
- Deliver DPR preparation, GADs, design engineering and approvals
- Coordination with clients and authorities
- Manage reporting and presentations
5️⃣ Draughtsman
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 0–3 Years
