We are looking for an experienced Planning professional to manage scheduling, monitoring,and project controls for an elevated Metro Projects.
GR Infraprojects Ltd Hiring
Position: Lead – Planning (Elevated Metro Project)
- Qualification Required: B.Tech – Civil / M.Tech (Preferred)
- Experience: 10-14 years of relevant experience in planning controls out of which minimum 5-7 years of experience in elevated Metro Projects with Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahed plans (weekly/monthly), and recovery schedules.
- Plan and sequence construction activities for elevated viaducts and allied works.
Project Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify delays and critical activities.
- Perform critical path analysis and recommend mitigation and acceleration measures.
- Highlight risks, constraints, and bottlenecks affecting project timelines.
Coordination & Interface Management
- Coordinate with construction, design, QA/QC, contarcts, procurement, and safety teams.
- Support coordination with client, PMC, and statutory authorities.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal management and client / PMC.
- Develop dashboards S-curves, manpower and equipment deployment plans.
- Present progress updates, delay analysis, and recovery proposals in review meetings.
Contract & Claims Support
- Assist contracts team in preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
- Maintain records for planning-related contractual correspondence.
- Support preparation of variation and change impact assessments from a planning perspective.
