We are looking for experienced Solar O&M professionals to join our growing team for Utility-scale solar projects in Bikaner and Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various departments including Planning, Electrical, Stores, EHS, and other project functions.
Open Positions:
- Sr. Engineer / Engineer – O&M Planning
- Sr. Engineer / Engineer – O&M Project
- Sr. Executive / Executive – Stores – O&M
- Sr. Engineer / Engineer – EHS
Location
- Bikaner & Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Experience Required:
Relevant experience in Solar O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Hands-on experience in utility-scale solar power plants preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & Maintenance of Solar PV plants
- Monitoring plant performance and generation
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of nodules, inverters, and associated equipment
- SCAD monitoring and analysis
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordination with site teams and stakeholders
Key Skills:
Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, transformers, and Switchyard Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization Understanding of electrical systems in solar plants.
