K&J Projects Private Limited is hiring for AutoCAD Draughtsman – Bridges/Structures: Preparation of the General Arrangment Drawing for Bridges & Structures for National Highway & State Highway Projects, Railway Projects in accordance with the requirements of a range of relevant specifications.

Designation: AutoCAD Draughtsman – Bridges/Structures

Location: Nagpur

Requirements:

Diploma/BE/ITI in Civil with Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman for Bridges/Structures (essential).
Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS-Office etc.
Proficient with CAD software, Microsoft Office, Suite or related software etc .
Must have good knowledge in AutoCAD drafting, preparation of all types of Drawing using AutoCAD.
Knowledge of CADD methods, instruments, materials, and techniques used in bridge and structural drafting, conventional technical drafting principles and practices involved in the preparation of technical bridge and structural plans and drawings and departmental drafting standards and symbols used in structural drafting.
Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, aerial photographs, blueprints, survey notes, and other records.

Key tasks include:

1. Structural Inventory for Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, Culverts (Slab, Box, Pipe, etc). Perform field activities such as above and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.

2. Preparation of Detailed Project Report and Applies and interprets survey notes, aerial photographs, and engineering data. Experience of drafting in National Highway & state Project’s, Railway Projects, etc

3. Preparation of the General Arrangment Drawing and it’s approaches for Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, Culverts (Slab, Box, Pipe etc), ROB, RUB, Flyover, Underpasses (VUP/SUVP/LVUP/CUP), etc as per Inventory details, hydraulic design, plan & profile and as per site requirement.

4. Preparation of General Arrangment Drawing along with Reinforcement detailing of various elements of structures proposed in Highways / Railways, etc
