Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) is inviting solar professionals to attend Solar Walk-In Interviews at Noida to strengthen its Solar Design & Engineering Team. The walk-in interviews will be conducted in February 2026 as per the schedule mentioned below.
Open Roles & Experience Details
1️⃣ Civil & Structural Design
- Qualification: ME / BE (Preferably Civil)
- Experience: 5 – 18 Years
Design and analysis of RCC / steel structures for solar PV plants, including layout and BOQ preparation, with expertise in structural software and international codes.
2️⃣ PV AC & DC Design
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5 – 18 Years
Solar PV system experience including layout, SLD, equipment sizing and selection, tendering to detailed contract engineering, evacuation studies, and power loss assessments.
3️⃣ Energy Yield Assessment
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5 – 15 Years
Energy yield assessments, system design, yield analysis (PVsyst), shadow analysis (SketchUp), feasibility reports, tilt-pitch analysis, PV tech evaluation, and due diligence for OE and DE projects.
4️⃣ SCADA Design Engineer
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5 – 12 Years
End-to-end design, implementation, operation, and optimization of SCADA systems for utility-scale solar power plants, including PPC integration, networking, cybersecurity, commissioning, and O&M support.
5️⃣ Draughtsman (Civil / Electrical) – Solar Design
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 5 – 15 Years
Preparation and revision of detailed layouts for ground-mounted solar projects including cable routing, earthing, equipment layouts, and site execution drawings.
Important Note
- Experience should be in 100MW+ Ground Mounted Solar Projects
- Design and engineering experience of international projects shall be preferred
