Areas of Hiring
- L&T Energy Offshore Wind is hiring professionals across multiple disciplines including:
Fabrication Specialists
- Experts in panel-making, unit fabrication, block assembly, outfitting and final assembly.
Construction Roles
- Production, planning, welding, blasting and material control professionals.
Design & Engineering
Fabrication engineering professionals with experience in TEKLA software.
Additional knowledge of STAAD Pro, SESAM and ANSYS will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Full-time Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 60% marks with no backlogs
- 3 to 30 years of relevant experience in construction, fabrication or EPC projects
Professionals at leadership, middle and junior levels are encouraged to apply.
