Assistant Engineer / Senior Engineer – Contracts & Claims.

Experience Required

5 – 10 Years in Contracts & Claims

Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• PG Diploma from NICMAR (Preferable)
• LLB (Preferable)
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Arbitration & Conciliation Act

  • Indian Contract Act

Job Locations

• Head Office – Hyderabad
• Regional Office – Lucknow
• Regional Office – Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Follow WhatsApp Channel

Contracts Management

• Handling contractual correspondence
• Drafting / preparing Extension of Time (EOT) applications
• Drafting responses to client notices
• Preparation of delay analysis
• Interpretation of contract clauses
• Final bill review

Claims Management

• Preparation of prolongation and variation claims
• Preparing Statements of Claims and arbitration pleadings
• Coordinating with advocates for arbitration submissions
• Supporting the legal team with applications under Sections 34 & 37 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act
• Assisting in documentation for claims and dispute resolutions

Key Skills Required

• Claims Management
• Delay Analysis
• Strong drafting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
