We are looking for qualified, experienced, target-conscious and result-oriented construction professionals to join our Operations team at our Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Open Positions:
1. Contracts Administrator
- Responsible for contract drafting, claims, variations & Client Coordination
2. Techno – Commercial Analyst
- B.E Civil + MBA Finance with experience in financial analysis commercial evaluation.
3. Commercial Control
- Must be strong in budgeting, cost control, Project operations
4. Procurement MEP
- Material sourcing, vendor negotiation, ERP, Cost Control & Sub-contractor management.
5. Planning
- Planning scheduling, costing in commercial & residential projects.
6. Quality Assurance & Control
- Must be handing Quality systems, material testing, audits & ISO Standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 5 to 20 years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Civil, PG Preferred
- Candidates having experience in construction & execution of Commercial & residential projects.
