1. Sr. Office / Assistant Manager – HR (Compliance)
- Experience: 6–9 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PAN-India statutory compliance across all business units
- Coordinate with labour departments
- Handle compliance under EPF, ESI, Bonus, PT, Factory Act, BOCW, ISMW, etc.
- Manage full & final settlements and labour cases
2. Engineer – Projects
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Work on ERP systems and project planning
- Prepare schedules using MS Project
- Coordinate with project teams and monitor progress
- Prepare detailed project reports and risk assessments
3. Construction Manager
- Experience: 10–20 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Location: Paradeep / Faridabad
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oil & Gas EPC projects (Civil, Piping, Equipment, E&I)
- Handle erection & commissioning activities
- Oversee planning, billing, and progress reporting
- Ensure safety compliance and manage site teams
4. Manager – BD (Proposal / Estimation)
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate techno-commercial bids
- Handle tendering for Oil & Gas, CGD, Biogas & Refinery projects
- Support international project exposure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
5. Lead Engineer – Mechanical (Design)
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Design piping systems and layouts
- Perform equipment sizing, pressure drop calculations & heat transfer analysis
- Maintain design documentation and technical records
6. Lead Engineer – Electrical
- Experience: 15–20 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Electrical
- Location: Barmer
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering, construction, and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
