✅Designation: Engineer & Senior Engineer Process
- Education: B.Tech, B.E, Diploma in cement Technology
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Preferred Skills: Kiln Operation, VRM and Ball Mill
- Job Location: Sewagram Cement Works, Bhuj, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize kiln, Raw Mill and Coal Mill for production and power targets
- Plan production, fuel use, and budgets
- Implement process improvements and ISO documentation
- Automate circuits to avoid idle running
- Maintain manpower schedules and production records
- Prevent tripping and plan shutdowns effectively
- Monitor equipment and ensure tool availability
- Ensure safety compliance during all activities
- Track fuel quality, raw mix, and she’ll temperatures
- Plan materials and manpower for shutdowns
- Inspect VRM, separators, and address false air points.
- Archive power and throughout targets, reduce costs
- Promote Sustainability and hazard awareness
- Maintain IMS Documentation and SOP compliance
- Monitor and rectify leakage and emission points.
