Positions: QS – Manager / QS – Engineer
- Department: Quantity Surveyor
- Essential Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Desirable Qualification: M.Tech (Civil) / PGDM – NICMAR
- Experience: 5 to 15 Years
- Location: Pan India
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of IPCs, Price Adjustment (Escalation) Bills, Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, Rate Analysis of various components, Reconciliation Statements (Materials & IPCs) Rate Negotiations, Preparation of BOQs, Work Orders, Drafting of Letters, Preparation of Monthly Deviation Statement.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Software Proficiency Primavera P6
- M.S Excel (Progress report, Billing, Earth Work Calculation)
- Experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Costing related Works).
