Experience: 20+ Years in Tendering & Estimation for Building Projects
Location: Mumbai
REQUIREMENTS
- BE / B.Tech (Civil) – Mandatory
- 20+ years of proven experience in Tendering & Estimation for Building Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, rates & market trends
- Proficient in estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- Experience in handling large & complex projects preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end tendering & estimation activities for building projects
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs & bid proposal
- Analyze tender documents, scope, terms & conditions
- Identify risks, opportunities & value engineering solutions
- Collaborate with design, planning, procurement & project teams
- Drive strategic bidding to achieve business goals
