1. Senior Planning Engineer (JOB CODE: ABL_KSA04_SPE2026)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary project schedules and tender baseline programs for Roads, Bridges, Highways, Utilities, and Infrastructure projects during the tender stage.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work to understand project requirements and construction methodology.
- Develop tender planning deliverables including Baseline Program, Construction Sequence, Resource Loading, Manpower Histograms, Equipment Deployment Plan, and Cash Flow Projections.
- Coordinate with estimation, quantity surveying, design, procurement, and tender teams for technical submissions.
- Prepare project execution strategies and construction methodologies in line with client requirements.
- Develop and update Resource Histograms on a weekly basis.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and mitigation measures during the tender stage.
- Prepare detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop staging methodology, traffic diversion plans, and milestone schedules.
- Assist in preparation of tender technical proposals, presentations, and planning narratives.
- Review client requirements, contractual milestones, and tender conditions.
- Coordinate with KSA technical and tender teams for planning inputs.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, FIDIC requirements, and project standards.
- Support management in bid strategy, execution planning, and feasibility assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- NICMAR / Construction Management qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in infrastructure project planning.
- Experience in Roads, Bridges, Highways, and large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
2. Construction Methodology Engineer (Buildings) (JOB CODE: ABL_KSA07_CME2026)

- Develop and optimize advanced construction methodologies for building projects.
- Prepare detailed method statements for major civil and structural activities.
- Collaborate with tendering, planning, and design teams to create project execution plans.
- Prepare and present construction methodology documents for tender submissions.
- Identify construction risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Research emerging trends in building construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with KSA office teams for site-specific methodology requirements.
- Support value engineering initiatives to reduce project cost and duration.
- Prepare preliminary construction programs and sequence-of-work narratives.
- Facilitate internal review sessions and provide technical guidance.
- Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in building construction methodology.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Strong experience in commercial and residential building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
