Job Description
- Prepare and update project baseline schedule using Primavera/MS Project
- Develop detailed work programs for highway and structural works
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned targets
- Coordinate with Highway and Structure teams for progress inputs and updates
- Identify delays and prepare recovery plans
- Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
- Track physical and financial progress of the project
- Prepare and maintain quantity measurements for all executed works
- Prepare client billing (IPC) and maintain measurement records
- Perform quantity reconciliation (BOQ vs executed vs billed quantities)
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections including expected expenses and fund requirements
- Forecast monthly material requirements based on planned activities (earthwork, GSB, bituminous, structures, etc.)
- Track actual monthly expenditure vs planned budget and prepare variance analysis
- Reconcile planned vs actual quantities, material consumption, and cost
- Maintain records of available stock and ensure proper carry-forward of materials for next month planning
- Track cash utilization and ensure proper carry-forward of balance for subsequent months
