2. Project Manager : 3 No’s 

M.Tech / B.Tech with 15+ years experience in Project planning, Coordination, reporting, quality & progress monitoring, vendor/stock holder management

3. QS Engineer : 8 No’s

B.Tech / BE CE / EE / MEP with Minimum 7 years experience in Quantity surveying, material PR deviations, Reconciliation, Cost estimation, Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems.

4. Billing Engineer : 6 No’s 

B.Tech CE / EE / MEP with Minimum. 10 years of experience in RA bill Prep. & Certification, Rate Analysis, Material Reco. Bill summary, Claimed vs certified Statments MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems.

5. Architect : 2 No’s 

B.Arch with 5 Years experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Drafting, Elevation, Shop Dwg. Project coordination, Material selection, Knowledge of Building codes, Client management.

6. P&M Asst. Manager : 3 No’s 

Diploma / B.Tech / ME with 5 Years of experience in Machinery maintenance Fleet management, Breakdown control, Procurement, Vendor Coordination, Cost optimization, Compliance with safety standards

7. Accountant : 7 No’s 

B.Com / M.Com with 5 Years of experience in Tally, GST, TDS, ledger management, Bank reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, Payroll, Vendor & client account Management, Audit pata.

8. HR Executive / Manager : 2 No’s 

MBA / PGDM (HR) with 5 Years of experience in Recruitment, Attendance management, Payroll & Statutory ,Compliance, Training & Dev. Policy implementation, HR doc.

9. Store Manager / Keeper : 2 No’s 

Bachelor/Diploma with 5 Years of experience in Material & Inventory management, MRN / GRN / ERP, Stock management, Vendor coordination, Logistics support, Audit compliance.

10. Store/Inventory Controller (Construction) : 6 No’s
