Designation: Manager – Land Acquisition
- Location: Maharashtra | Gujarat | Madhya Pradesh
- Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E / M.E / M.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Key Competencies
- Lead end-to-end land acquisition for Solar, Transmission & Distribution projects
- Handle aggregates for Purchase & Lease of large land parcels
- Liaise with authorities, ensure compliance & manage all statutory documentation
- Minimize risks and secure timely possession of land
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience acquiring large land parcels for infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of local land laws, rules, Nd regulations, with Proficiency in the local language of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
- Established network with authorities, revenue dept & stockholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication & documentation skills.
