1. Planning Manager – Highway Projects
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7 years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programmes and recovery plans using MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, S-curves, milestones, productivity, and planned vs. actual performance.
- Prepare price escalation/price adjustment calculations and claims as per contract provisions.
- Handle price variation, BOQ quantity variations, additional/substituted items and rate analysis.
- Prepare and support finalization of rates/prices with Client/Consultant.
- Assist in EOT, delay analysis, contractual claims and commercial submissions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Contracts, Procurement and Site teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Highway/Road/BOQ projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in price escalation, price variation, rate analysis and price finalization.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, contracts, quantity reconciliation and project controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Projects.
- Experience with NHAI/MoRTH/State Highway projects will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
