What You Do?
- Plan, schedule & control highway works against approved timeliens, and milestones.
- Track physical vs. Planned progress flag delays and drive recovery plans
- Monitor Earthwork, structure, bridges, pavement drainage, utilities and finishing.
- Support EOT / delay analysis, change orders and contractual planning documents.
- Prepare Baseline, Recovery & Lock – Ahed plans and DPR / WPR reports
- Resources planning for manpower, machinery, materials and Subcontractors.
- Analyse S-curves, critical path, productivity and resource utilization.
- Liaise with Client, Consultant & HO / CPCC, delivery MIS, dashboards and reviews.
