Position: Senior Manager / Manager – Planning & QS (Lead Role)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) – Full Time
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Location: Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute railway siding works including track laying, earthwork, ballast, and associated civil structures
- Prepare project schedules, resources plans and monitor progress against milestones
- Liaise with authorities for approval, inspections and clearance
- Coordinate with internal teams – design, procurement, contracts and execution
- Manage Sub-contractors vendors, and site teams effectively
- Ensure compliance with IRS specifications, RDSO guidelines, and railway Codes
- Monitor quantities, prepare & verify RA Bills, and ensure timely client certification.
- Handle variations, claims, and contractual correspondence
- Track Project costs and optimize resources utilization
- Represent the organization in review meetings and technical discussions
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in railway siding / track / rail infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience in Primavera / MS Project (MSP)
