Positions: Project Coordinator / Project Controller – Building Projects
Location: Corporate Office – Andheri, Mumbai
Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Building / Construction Projects
- Experience with a Contracting / Construction Company preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and monitor multiple building projects
- Track Project progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverable
- Coordinate with Project Team, Consultants, Contractors, and Management
- Monitor project planning, execution and overall project performance
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports and management updates
- Identify project delays, riska and Coordination issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Ensure effective coordination between Corporate Office and Project Sites
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A proactive and experienced Civil Engineering Professionals with strong project coordination, planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication skills
