Available Positions
1. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Project HR & Admin
- Project Location: Wagdari, Solapur-MH
- Qualification & Experience: Preferred any Management graduate with 6+ years of experience as Project HR in Transmission & Distribution projects
- Key Requirements: Experienced Project HR & Administration professional to independently manage site HR operations, statutory compliance and project administration
- Project Exposure: Strong exposure to Transmission & Line Projects is preferred
- Experience: Hands-on experience in workforce management, site administration and labour compliance
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of BOCW, ISMW, ESIC, EPFO, labour licences, registrations and return filing
- Awareness: Applicable Wage/Labour Codes, wages, social security and safety requirements
- Coordination: Strong coordination with employees, contractors, HO teams and statutory authorities
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel and HR MIS, including manpower reporting
- Management: Capable of independently managing multiple HR, administration and compliance activities at project sites
- Professional Skills: Proactive, responsible and result-oriented professional with strong ownership of Project HR & Admin
2. Project HR Coordinator – Head Office
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate/work from Gurugram is mandatory
- Qualification & Experience: Mandatory MBA in HR with 6+ years of experience in Recruitment Cycle of Transmission & Distribution
- Key Requirements: Experienced Project HR Coordinator to drive Project Recruitment & Selection and coordinate key HR functions from the Head Office
- Experience: Transmission & Distribution hiring experience is mandatory
- Recruitment Cycle: Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer and joining
- Employee Life Cycle: Good knowledge of HR processes from onboarding to separation
- Compensation & Benefits: Working knowledge of CTC, salary structures, benefits and C&B processes
- Negotiation Skills: Strong salary negotiation and candidate closure capability
- Project HR Coordination: Coordinate manpower requirements with Project HR, Project Heads, Functional Heads and HO teams
- HR MIS: Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS and recruitment reporting
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills
- Ideal Candidate: Proactive, commercially aware and result-oriented HR professional capable of attracting, negotiating and closing critical positions
