Key Responsibilities
Site Infrastructure Management
- Manage offices, colonies, camps, and related infrastructure
Logistics & Transport
- Oversee vehicles, guest houses, and travel arrangements
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and local permits
Vendor Management
- Handle procurement, housekeeping, and security vendors
Budgeting
- Monitor site expenses and petty cash management
Liaison Activities
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders
Qualification Requirements
- Graduate
- MBA
- Degree in Labor Law
Experience Requirements
Officer Level Positions
- Experience Required: 7–10 Years
- Site administration experience preferred
Managerial Level Positions
- Experience Required: 12–15+ Years
- EPC / Infrastructure project experience preferred
