Designation: Engineer – QS & Planning
- Job Location: Head Office – Hyderabad
- Industry: High-Rise Residential & Commercial Construction
- Mandatory Expertise: MIVAN Shuttering System
- Software Knowledge: Primavera P6 / MS Project – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
1. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
- Prepare quantity take-off, BOQs, and detailed quantity estimates for High-Rise Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Prepare and verify measurements, RA bills, Subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, quantities, and budget variations.
- Assist in rate analysis cost estimation and variation claims.
- Coordinate with execution, billing, Contracts and procurement.
2. Planning & Project Monitoring
- Develop and update project schedules, construction programmers and work plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify delays and critical activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead plans, and progress settlements.
- Track manpower, materials, equipments, and construction milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement Corrective measure and achieve project deadlines.
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Planning for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
- Hands-on experience with the MIVAN Construction system is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Primavera P6 / MS Project – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing and cost analysis.
- Expertise in construction scheduling, progress tracking and project reporting
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and construction documentation.
