If you have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within the infrastructure, Construction, Or Real Estate industry and are passionate about identifying and hiring exceptional talent, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist (Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate Industry)
- Experience: 2 to 15 Years
- Qualification: MBA (HR) or Equivalent
- Location: Hyderabad
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handel end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening salary negotiation and interview coordination.
- Hire for technical and non-technical positions across all business verticals.
- Coordinate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source quality profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri etc as per shared Job Descriptions.
- Maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate for Campus / Walk-in Requirements
- Reference Checks/Background Verification of Selected Candidates.
