- Designation: Assistant – HR
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR / MBA / PGDM in HR Relevant HR Experience & Preferably in Onboarding
- Total Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Required Skills:
- Strong Communication & Interpretation skills (English / Hindi / Gujarati)
- Coordination with stakeholder
- Basic Understanding of HR Process & Practices
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS office (Excel, Word)
2. Department – Project Execution
- Designation: Assistant Design Coordinator
- Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction / Management (Or Related Field)
- Total Experience: 1-5 Years
Required Skills:
- Basic Civil Engineering and construction knowledge
- Understanding & interpretation of construction and Architectural / Engineering draiwngs, including detailing.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD or MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Good Communication, Coordination & document Skills
3. Department – Project Execution
- Designation: Assistant Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 1-5 Years
Required Skills:
- Department Coordination & technical oversight.
- SOP implementation & system development.
- MIS reporting & risk tracking
- Site support & Coordination issue resolution
- MS Excel, AutoCAD, PowerPoint
- Strong Coordination & Communication Skills
4. Department – Tender (Civil)
- Designation: Assistant Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience: 3-5 Years
Required Skills:
- Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender processes, contract analysis, awarding, finalizing Contarcts, and procurement practices.
- Proficient in quantity calculation & BOQ preparation
5. Department – Tender (MEP)
- Designation: Assistant Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Total Experience: 3-5 Years
Required Skills:
- Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender processes, contract analysis, awarding, finalizing Contarcts and procurement practices.
- Proficient in quantity calculation & BOQ preparation
