Available Positions
1. Quality Manager (High-Rise Buildings & MEP Works)
- Location: Gujarat
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for QA/QC activities in High-rise Building Projects & MEP works
- Develop and implement PQP, ITP, QAP, Method Statements & Quality Procedures
- Monitor quality of RCC, structural, architectural & finishing works
- Coordinate quality inspections for MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-fighting works
- Ensure compliance with approved draiwngs, specifications, IS Codes and Project standards
- Review MIR, WIR, inspection reports, test reports & material approvals
- Manage NCRs, observations, CAPA and ensure timely closure
- Conduct site quality inspections, audits and surveillance
- Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultants, Contractors & MEP agencies
- Monitor testing & commissioning and prepare quality / handover documentation
- Lead and guide the QA/QC team and ensure project quality requirements are achieved.
2. Senior Civil Engineer (High-Rise Building)
- Location: Gujarat
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in High-Rise Building Construction
- Execution and monitoring of RCC & Structural works
- Oversee architectural & Finishing works
- Site execution, planning & resources management
- Review drawings, specifications & method statements
- Coordinate with Sub-contractors, consultants & site team
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of projects.
