Role Overview:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities including tender planning, estimation coordination, bid preparation, commercial negotiations and submission.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Tendering / Estimation in construction industry.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, contract conditions, and commercial terms.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of tendering software.
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiner’s are preferred.
