1. Deputy Manager – Planning
- Experience: 5 to 12 Years relevant experience
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: North East India
2. Sr. Engineer – Planning
- Experience: 5 to 12 Years relevant experience
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: North East India
3. Engineer – Planning
- Experience: 5 to 12 Years relevant experience
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: North East India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proper and maintain project schedules using Primavera / MIS Project
- Monitor progress against baseline and identify delays and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, architects, consultants and Sub-contractors
- Prepare look-ahead plans, resource histogram and cash flow projections
- Track and report key project milestones, productivity and progress
- Support contract management through time impact analysis and extension of time claims
- Prepare regular MIS reports for internal and client review
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality and contractual requirements
