We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timelines and cost efficiency while maintaining profitability.

Job Title: Project Manager – High Rise Building Projects
Location: Kolkata
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 20 to 30 years in civil construction contracting organizations
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as Project Manager for high-rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of project financials, cash flow management, and cost control
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor project profitability with strong focus on Profit & Loss (P&L) management
- Prepare and track project cash flow, cost planning, and financial projections
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Drive resource planning, risk management, and project reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple project challenges effectively
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
