We are currently looking for dynamic professionals for our fast-growing UAE operations in the below positions of MEP & Data Centre Project operations. Candidates with relevant work experience in Data Centre Projects will be preferred GCC experience is mandatory.

Available Positions:

1. Estimation Manager 

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 12 to 20  Years

Additional Requirements: Expert in MEP, ELV/ICT, civil & Fit-out works, with strong cost modelling skills using CostX, Candy/CCS, advanced Excel

2. Bid & Design Coordinator (Technical + Commercial)

Follow WhatsApp Channel

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in  Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience: 6 to 12  Years

Additional Requirements: Experience in MEP, ELV/ICT & Civil works, data centre infrastructure, and tender management

3. Sr. Engineer Estimation – Electrical 

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Additional Requirements: Expert in cost modeling, BOQs, and MEP estimation using CistX, Candy/CCS and advanced Excel

4. Sr. Engineer Estimation – Mechanical 

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Additional Requirements: Strong expertise in CostX/CCS, Excel modeling, BOQs, and MEP cost estimation

5. Estimation – CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture  / Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Additional Requirements: Expertise in structural / architectural works, quantity take-off, and estimation

6. Jr. Quantity Surveyor 

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in QS
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Additional Requirements: Skilled in Excel, quantity take-off, and measurements software

7. Estimation Coordinator 

• Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in  Engineering or related fields
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Additional Requirements: Oversee tender tracking, submissions, and stakeholder coordination
