Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Project
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Industrial / Commercial Construction Projects with Mechanical & Electrical exposure
- Proficiency in BIM Modelling, Revit, Navisworks, Clash Detection, Coordination, and Quantity, Extraction (For BIM Modeler).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, Shop Draiwngs, As-Built Draiwngs, and related drafting software (For CAD Operator).
- Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems, engineering draiwngs, specifications and installation methodologies.
- Experience in MEP Coordination and working with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
- Ability to identify and resolve design classes, Coordination issues, and constructability challenges during project execution.
- Knowledge of industrial Plants, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses, Commercial Buildings, and Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with BIM Standards, LOD Requirements, Drawing Management, and Documentation Control.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Site Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, and Construction Management for Industrial & Commercial Projects.
- Experience in EPC, MEP, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing Projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Internal Project Teams in a fast-paced construction environment .
