2. Construction Lead
- Qualification: M.Tech / PG in Civil
- Experience: 15–20 years in large water resources / dam / barrage / irrigation projects
3. Planning & Billing Lead
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 15–20 years in water resources / dam / barrage / irrigation projects
4. E&M Lead
- Qualification: M.Tech / Post Graduate
- Experience: 15–20 years in water resources / dam / barrage / irrigation projects
5. Quality Lead
- Qualification: Post Graduate / M.Tech
- Experience: 15–20 years in QA/QC for water infrastructure projects
6. Liaisoning & Stakeholder Management Lead
- Qualification: MBA / PG preferred
- Experience: 15–20 years in government liaisoning / stakeholder management for large infrastructure / water resources / highways / industrial projects (EPC/HAM/PPP)
7. Site Survey Lead
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Surveying
- Experience: 12–15 years in topographic/control surveys for large infrastructure or water resources projects
8. Administration Lead
- Qualification: MBA / PGD in HR/Admin
- Experience: 12–15 years handling site administration for large construction projects
9. Safety Lead
- Qualification: M.Tech / Post Graduate
- Experience: 15–20 years as Safety Lead on large infrastructure or water projects
10. Survey Executive
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Surveying
- Experience: 7–10 years in survey works for infrastructure projects, AutoCAD / Civil 3D skills
