- Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate site activities effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of construction techniques, quality and safety standards.
- Other Requirements: Leadership and team-handling skills.
2. Supervisor
- Experience: 6–7 years
- Key Requirements: Minimum 6–7 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Responsibilities: Ability to supervise and guide site teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of construction activities, quality and safety norms.
- Other Requirements: Good communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Store Incharge
- Experience: 4–5 years
- Key Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Skills: Well-versed in store management, material handling and inventory control.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of NWAY ERP for inventory and material tracking.
- Other Requirements: Good organizational and coordination skills.
4. Site HR
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Documentation: Should be able to apply for a Police Verification Certificate for Gate Pass.
- Other Requirements: Site compliance knowledge and labour compliance knowledge are required.
