- Review and analysis of contracts
- Drafting of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD)
- Maintaining contractual correspondence
- Raising EOT claims
- Submission with proper delay analysis
3. QS Billing Engineer

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
- Desirable Qualification: M.Tech (Const Mgmt) / PGDM, QSCM-NICMAR
- Experience: 5–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Client billing
- Subcontract billing activities
- Preparation of RA Bills
- Reconciliation with certified RA Bills
- Identification of withheld quantity and deductions by client
- Updation in SAP
