Designation: Control Room Officer – O&M
Location: Maharashtra – Palghar District
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 2 to 5+ years of experience in Highway O&M / Toll Operations, Control Room Operations, CCTV Monitoring, ATMS, Incident Management & MIS Reporting.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor ATMS systems, including CCTV, Speed Display System, Vehicle Incident Management System, etc.
- Immediately inform and coordinate with the Patrolling Team upon observing any Incident, accident or emergency situation.
- Monitor and provide daily updates on system status; promptly escalate any equipment failure, downtime, or ambiguity in system performance
- Conduct audit of speed data and forward the same to the concerned authority.
- Maintain an online register/database of all incidents and ensure timely updating of incident records
- Coordinate with relevant and authories for effective incident management and Highway operations.
