1. Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor
- Department: Structure
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or graduation
- Experience: 2–5 years in structural construction activities

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of bridge construction, including cast-in-situ and precast segmental PSC girders.
- Proficiency in handling formwork systems (shuttering) and scaffolding alignment.
- Ability to use basic surveying equipment (autolevel) to check elevations and levels for structural components.
- Ability to use and work as per drawings and BBS.
- Supervise daily structural construction activities.
- Manage and supervise workers, contractors and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or graduation.
- 2–5 years of experience in structural construction activities.
- Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with contractors.
- Good communication and site supervision skills.
