- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)
- Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project.
- Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and catch-up schedules.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths while driving timely execution.
- Conduct delay and variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and progress presentations.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, material, and resource utilization.
- Support budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and EVM.
- Manage contractual milestones, planning risks, and project compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, statutory, and environmental standards.
