Designation: Secretarial Executive / Dy. Manager (Listed Company Compliance)
Role Overview
- Reporting To: Dy. General Manager (Secretarial)
- Location: Gandhinagar
- Experience: 5-10 years relevant listed company
- Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com/equiv), Law Graduate, CS Executive / Inter advantage
- Strong aptitude for laws
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- DIVIDEND & IEPF : Coordination with RTA, Bankers, Internal Finance, Reconciliation, Filling forms & related compliance with IEPF Authority, TDS & Shareholder queries
- SHAREHOLDER SERVICES: Resolving grievances, SCORES monitoring, Depository & RTA coordination
- RECORD & SECRETARIAL STANDARDS: Maintenance of Statutory Registers, Minutes, attendance, SS-1 & SS-2 compliance, Meeting support.
- SEBI & MCA COMPLIANCES: Prepration & filling routine SEBI (LODR) reports (Shareholding, CG), e-forms on MCA portal (including event-based), Follow-up
- OTHERS: Stamp Duty, Mortgage, Hypothecation, Pledge stamping & registration, Vendor onboarding & bill clearing; KMPs Digital Signature Certificate (SSC) management
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), IEPF, MCA, SCOREs, Strong documentation, detail-oriented, meet deadlines, communication, integrity.
