Available Position
1. GM / AVP – Projects
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Preferred Qualification: Post-graduation in Construction Management or an MBA is strongly preferred
- Experience: 18 to 20+ years of total experience in civil construction, with at least 5–10 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Head of Projects, or AVP – Projects) handling high-rise towers
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in high-rise RCC and post-tensioned/steel structural systems
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM (Building Information Modelling) workflows
- Strong grasp of contract law, risk management and statutory approvals
- Mandatory Requirement: Experience with leading EPC companies
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Pre-Construction
- Lead pre-construction feasibility, value engineering and design coordination with architects, structural consultants and PMC (Project Management Consultants)
- Establish master project schedules, job sequencing, resource deployment and procurement plans
- Finalize contract structures, tender evaluations and build-ability strategies
2. Project Execution & Operations
- Direct end-to-end execution of high-rise RCC/steel structures, complex façade installation and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination
- Monitor daily and weekly milestones against baseline schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Drive site safety protocols, zero-accident goals and green/sustainable building practices
3. Budget, Cost Control & Commercials
- Own overall project P&L (Profit & Loss), cost forecasting and cash flow management
- Track budget variances, approve major subcontractor payments and manage variation orders or claims
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, local municipal regulations and RERA guidelines
4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, board directors, statutory authorities and key vendors
- Mentor and evaluate project managers, site engineers and department heads to maintain high accountability
- Have exposure in resource mobilization (Manpower & material)
