Urgent Requirement – QA/QC | Karjat PSP Project
We are seeking experienced QA/QC professionals for a major Pumped Storage / Hydropower Project at Karjat, Maharashtra.
Open Positions:
- QA/QC Lead – Civil
- QA/QC Manager – Civil
- QA/QC Engineer – Civil
- QA/QC Lead – Mechanical
- QA/QC Manager – Mechanical
- QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical
Key Requirements – Civil
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Dam / Underground Projects
- Strong experience in QA/QC system and project quality management.
- Hands-on experience with QAP, ITP, Method Statements, MIR, WIR, NCRs, audits and quality documentation.
- Exposure to concerte works, RCC, excavation, concrete, tunnelling, grouting, rock support, dam Structures, and underground works.
- Experience Coordinating with Client / PMC / Consultant knowledge of relevant IS / IRC / ASTM specifications and project quality standards.
Key Requirements – Mechanical
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Hydro-mechanical Projects
- Strong experience in Mechanical QA/QC and Inspection
- Exposure to penstock, steel lining, gates, valves, embedded parts, pressure Pipelines, hydro-mechanical equipment and mechanical erection.
- Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR, welding inspection, NDT, material inspection, and hydro/pressure testing
- Experience with QAP, ITP, MIR, NCRs inspection reports and quality documentation
- Client / PMC / Consultant Coordination experience preferred
Experience Required
- Lead / Manager: 12-18+ Years
- Engineer: 5-10 Years
- Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on QA/QC experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Dam / Major Infrastructure Projects.
