1. Project Manager
- Plan, execute and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance at site
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction projects
2. Purchase Manager
- Manage procurement planning, vendor development and supply chain
- Ensure timely, quality materials at best competitive rates
- 8+ years of experience in construction purchasing
3. Projects Head
- Lead and overseas multiple projects from planning to completion
- Drive business growth, profitability and client satisfaction
- 15+ years of experience in civil construction with strong leadership background
4. HR Executive
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement
- Recruitment onboarding, compliance and HR adminstration
- 2+ years of experience in HR role (Construction industry preferred)
5. Planning Engineer
- Prepare and monitor project schedule and track progress
- Resource planning look-ahead planning and delay analysis
- 3+ years of experience in planning in Civil Construction Projects
6. Client Billing Engineer
- Prepare and manage client bills, BOQs and payment certifications
- Reconciliation, variation statements and revenue tracking
- 3+ years of experience in billing in Civil construction projects
