Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is looking for seasoned MEP Manager to lead and manage MEP operations for large-scale High-rise building projects in UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ElV and Building Services works for large-scale building construction projects in the UAE.

Designation: MEP Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)
Job Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works from planning to project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, Sub-contractors, and Project teams.
- Manage MEP design reviews, shop draiwngs, material approvals, and authority submissions.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and resource allocation.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and HSE requirements.
Qualification & Experience:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in building construction projects with reputed contracting compliances.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role handling large-scale residential, commercial, Mixed-use, hospitality, or high-rise projects in the UAE / GCC
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders effectively.
