Key Responsibilities:
- Improve capital efficiencies.
- Enhance execution capacity & reduce portfolio risk.
- Drive scenario planning, sensitivity analysis.
- Strengthen delivery capacity.
- Shape & govern portfolio strategy.
- Analysis on return, trade-off & rebalancing.
- Maintain portfolio dashboard.
- Develop product mix, assumptions & risk framework.
- Coordinate with Finance on capital allocation.
2. Lead Operations Strategy
- Qualification: Certification in Strategy, Contract & Commercial Management, Analytics Engineering / MBA Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational model.
- Define decision rights and control points.
- Standardise core processes (Planning, Reporting, Change Control).
- Identify productivity & cycle time improvement.
- Partner with Digital / IT for process excellence.
- Maintain dashboards & track adoption metrics.
